I´ve skied good SL today, I´m very happy with my performance and on
this two days I´ve been able to choose the skimodel I´ll ski on in
Levi and probably for the whole season. It´s a different ski then last
year, different sidecut but the same construction. Now I need to
figure out what plate I´ll use and then I´ll be all set in SL.
Tomorrow is our last day here in Mölltal for this year. It´s been a
little change of plan for next week, we´ll go to Funäsdalen first for
3 days and then we´ll move up to Tärnaby before Levi. I think it´s a
good plan, because it´s never good to be too long on the same place,
it gets boring after a while. Same slope, same hotel...
A lot of packing to do tonight, I´ve got stuff everywhere. I´m usually
not this messy but the longer you are out on the tour it tend to
escalate...the nice folding of all clothes in the begining is slowly
turning into a disaster, think I need to learn more from Matts, he´s
side of the room is always nice...hmm.
So, seems like I´ve got work to do, plane leaves at 5 from Munich
tomorrow and we need to be ready after skiing and get going as fast as
possible from here so bags need to be packed together.

Very Tired Today 26/10
Nice day up at Mölltaler Gletcher, sun was shining and we had pretty
good conditions for SL. But I was tired, legs where not responding
like they use to and I only managed to do 4 runs in that long course.
Done some easy biking to get the lactate to go away and it´s starting
to feel a little better, should be ok for tomorrow.
Our super trainers are still up at the hill and preparing the slope
with water so we can have a good training tomorrow, they been up there
since this mornings training, that´s more then 12 hours!!! GOOD JOB
GUYS!
We´ll ski here for two more days now and then we move to Sweden and
Tärnaby for the final preparations for Levi.
DNQ in Sölden 25/10
Rough day up at the "Rettenbach" race arena today. A very bumpy ride
down the steep GS hill and I didn´t manage to qualify for the 2nd run.
I´m in a pretty good mood anyway though, I feel that I did what I
could and if I haven´t made that mistake in the end of the steep,
things might have been different.
But this is skiing and it´s always hard with this numbers, you have to
go full if you should have a shot of making it. I´ll keep fighting and
I´m looking forward to next GS race in Beaver Creek.
I just landed in Mölltal and tomorrow we´ll do some SL training. Nice
to be back on the short skies again after one week of GS preparations.
Pretty tired after today and I think it´s gonna be an early night.
T minus 15 hours and counting... 24/10
So finaly it´s time to start this season, I´m really looking forward
to it! Was suppose to do some hill skiing today but due to the heavy
snowfall overnight they didn´t let us try the slope. Dosen´t matter
though, I feel confident enough.
I think I have nr 52 tomorrow. Today at the ladys race it seemed like
the slope was ok after 30 racers so I think it should be fine. For
sure it´s always bumpy with this numbers but there´s a good chance for
qualification and once in the second run everything can happen.
But I will focus on my skiing and really fight to get as fast as
possible from the start to the finish and then we see what comes out
of it!

Canceled today, I´ll stay until friday 22/10
No skiing today due to hard wind and fog. All the guys left for Sölden
but I feel that I need one more day of training before I go there so
I´ll stay here one more day, hopefully I´ll get a good day tomorrow.
So now it´s a little lonely when Matts left the room, but the
europacup guys came yesterday so I´m not that alone and I just
downloaded some new song to my Guitar Pro Music program, so I guess I
can kill some time to learn to play those songs before it´s dinner.

GS and Tennis 21/10
Two good days on the hill, been skiing GS both days and it feels ok. I
know what ski to ski on and I´ve been trying some new plates which
working a little better so the setup is now ok. Now I need to step it
up a little bit, then I think I´m having a good opportunity in Sölden.
The coaches been doing a great job with the slope, preparing with
water so we can get the best conditions and preparations for Sölden,
good job guys, thanks!!
Played some Tennis with Matts today, Nadal against Federer, and the
score was 2-6, 7-6 before we had to stop. Was good fun! We just had
dinner and are now waiting for our evening meeting at 20.00.
Tomorrow we go to Sölden and on friday we have a day off to charge the
batterys for Sundays GS and the premiere off the WC season 09/10!!
Back to business 18/10
Hi!
I´ve been having a great time at home. I´ve trained hard but also
found some time for relaxation. But now it´s time to get back to
Austria and Mölltal for the final preparations for Sölden. So I´ll
take the car up again tomorrow, it´s a pretty long drive so I hope
there will be no traffic jams.
No I´ll watch some episodes of Royal Pains before I go to sleep. I
really enjoy this new series!
Relaxing day in MC 15/10
Been having a great day home in Monaco. Did some bikning in the
morning and a core workout at the gym. Went out for lunch at a
restaurant near by where I live and then I runned some errends. Now
I´m waiting for the washing machine to get ready so I can go to sleep.
Tomorrow I have a meeting at 11 and I was planing on doing some
running before that because at 1 a clock my girl is coming down to
visit me and we´re going to spend the weekend here together, so I
really look forward to that.
The season is soon starting and I´m looking for a sponsor for my
