Final trip with the Jetski 10/9
Today me and Madelene took a final trip with the jetski in Bergsjö and
we visited my grandparents who has a summer cabin by the lake. Was a
great day and even if it´s 10th of September it was pretty warm,
almost possible to take a swim! A little bummed out because I
should´ve brought my waterskis and the wetsuit, but the winter use to
go fast so i guess next summer is here soon.....or?! :)
My knee feels good, now it just my back that´s bugging me, but it´s
getting better and I think I´ll try to go to the gym tomorrow and see
if it´s ok to start training again.
We just watched "Seven Pounds" with Will Smith. It was touching but a
little too "psychedelic" for my taste, still good though.

New Videos and Fotos 9/9
Hello!
Nice day here up in Sweden, I´m hangin out at home doing nothing. Was
going to play some golf but my back is hurting so I´m afraid it wont
work today. Think it´s something to do with my limping from the knee
injury combined with the long flight and no stretching. Anyway it´s
not that bad so I hope that I´m up and running tomorrow.
Important day for Sweden, we play against Malta and need to win. I
don´t think it will be a problem but you never know. Need to get our
strikers, Zlatan and Elmander to start making some goals!! Was a good
trend in the hole team last match though and hopefully they can keep
that momentum going tonight.
I been adding some new videos from our training camp in NZ and also a
coulpe of pictures. Thanks Peder for all your kick ass Fotos!! I have
more fotos from Peder so I´ll keep them coming.
Now i better get out in the sun and do something! I guess I don´t have
to say this to everybody from Sweden but everybody else: Cross your
fingers for tonight!
Gym+Golf 7/9
Today I felt a little better in the morning, been a little down last
cople of days after the trip, I guess because of the jetlag. I went to
the gym after breakfast to try if it was possible to do a workout with
the knee and even if it was hurting a little bit it was totaly ok, I
don´t feel anything right now so it should be alright to try to push a
little more next time.
Had an interview with ST, a local newspaper, during lunch at the golf
clubs restaurant here in Hudiksvall, then I played 18 holes and I must
say my 3 new clubs was working very good. A good investment!! Was a
great day, beautiful weather and the course where in a amazing shape,
best so far this summer I think!
Tomorrow if it´s sunny outside I think I´ll take the bike out for a
spin, try to push one hour and then see how the knee reacts. I guess
I´ll go to the golfcourse aswell, have to catch the good days now
before it´s to late. I still have my goal for this summer, to lower my
hcp to singel, to work on so I have to practice...!
Hungary-Sweden 1-2!!! 6/9
Yesterday we won against Hungary in a very important match in the
World Cup qualification. Olof Mellberg made the first goal in the 8th
minute with his head on a corner from Kim Källström. Ater that Sweden
took control of the match and had a lot of chances to finish the game
but intstead Hungary gets a penalty kick and it´s 1-1. Then when we
think everything is over, 93.07 on the clock with 3 min of overtime,
Zlatan makes 2-1 to Sweden with a already classic goal. Watch it here:

Haven´t done any Rehab yet because I feel sick after the trip. Tried
to get up on the bike yesterday but it wasn´t possible. I guess the
jetlag makes it worse aswell so maybe I can get back in shape in a few
days. Anyway I think it´s good for the knee to rest a little more so
it´s no big deal, a couple of days shouldn´t be a problem.
Right now I´m at my parents house in Bergsjö, we had a nice dinner
yesterday, nice to see everybody after the long trip to NZL. Now I
just hope for my knee to get better soon so I can do some golfing,
because I bought 3 new clubs in Stockholm before I went home.
Two Mizuno MP Fly High irons, one 3 and one 4. My irons are just from
5 to PW so I needed to add a little more lenght and this clubs are a
little easier then my normal irons and that´s good on the long
strokes. I also bought a new putter, a "Odyssey Two Ball" which I hope
will lower my score on the green. It´s a great golfstore which is
sittuated in the north of Stockholm, you´ll find evrything you need
there, the owner is an old skiier. If you pass by Stockholm make sure

Knee looks Good!! 4/9
Good news!!!
My knee seems to be ok. I was to the doctor this morning and I just got the results back from the x-ray. In- and outside ligaments and the cross ligaments looks very good and the "miniskus" which we feared where damaged is also totaly ok. So that's very good news!
I can still do my training, like biking and go to the gym. I should just try to stay away from all jumps, running and extrem exercises for a while. It's ok if it hurts during training but if I stilll feel it after the workout it's to much... so I guess I'll have to try and find a good balance in the amount of training.
I'm very happy about my feedback from the doctor, I was worried that I had to go in and make an artoskopi operation so that feels very good. I'll just try not to loose to much from my summer training and I hope that the knee will respond in a good way now when I'll start push a little more.
I'm on my way with car back to Hudiksvall where I'll stay now for a while for my rehab. Feels nice to be back even if NZ was great. Long trip though and I feel a little jetlaged, try to go to sleep early today to get back to normal.
In Transit at LAX 2/9
Hi!
I´m sitting in the Air New Zeeland Lounge at LAX airport and eating
some snacks, bording to London will begin in like 30 min. Good trip so
far, I could really get use to travel in Buisness :) Watched "the
Hangover", "Slumdog Millionaire" and some movie with Russel Crowe and
then I managed to sleep a little aswell. Pretty tired though but I´ll
try to get some more sleep on this plane so I can re boot this jet-lag
a little bit and come back to "Sweden time".
Knee feels good still and it hasn´t swollen during the flight so I
guess that´s a good sign, oh now they say it´s time for boarding so I
better go.
London here I come!!
Some workout before the flight 2/9
I just came back from the gym and I´ve been doing some biking in 30
minutes and I must say the knee feels good. Also pumped some iron
afterwards and I got to say, feeling strong... :) very strong!
Now I´m just looking forward to jump on that plane and get back to
Sweden so I can check what´s going on with this knee. I better not
miss it so I guess it´s time to pack everything into the car and head
for the airport.
Been a good camp, all in all, skiing feels good at the moment and it
was a good start of the season 09/10. Now I hope for some positive
words from the doctor on Friday! Keep your fingers crossed.

A Nother Day on the Couch 1/9
Woke up pretty early today, couldn´t sleep so I watched some episodes
of, yeah I know, "Scrubs" again and talked a little with my girl on
skype beofore I went down to the kitchen and made myself a really nice
breakfast. I ate it infront of the fireplace and watched "the other
boleyn girl" on the TV.
Been packing my stuff togheter for tomorrow, I think everything is
under controll and my flight leaves at 4.45 PM. I´ll arrive in
Stockholm on Thursday evening, on Friday I got an appointment with a
doctor at "Sofiahemmet" in Stockholm and I will do an x-ray to see
what´s going on with my knee. It feels much better today so I hope
it´s nothing serious. I been biking for 30 minutes with a little more
resistance and so far i don´t feel that it´s worse so i hope that´s a
good sign.
Will be nice to get away from here, because when you are injured and
can´t ski, do other training or play golf, NZL is not that exciting
after 3 weeks on the same place so it will be nice to come back to
Sweden for a while. Don´t look forward to the trip though, almost 48
hours from door to door. But the buisness ticket will at least make it
easier :)
