Today we left NYC for some sun. Just arrived in Miami and checked in
to our hotel in South Beach, very nice and warm. Will try to get some
sleep and tomorrow I will go for a run in the morning and then hit the
beach!!

After a busy season I decided to take some time off and are now in
NYC. Never been here before but I like it and will stay over the
weekend and then fly down to Miami and the sun for a week before I go
home to Monaco.
Ski & After Ski 30/4
I just arrived up in Tänndalen for my last "performance" this winter,
it´s time for "1:a Maj Trofén". I´ve raced this competition every year
since I was young and in a way it´s the end of my skiing season and
the begining of my physical training period. It will be a lot of fun
and it´s been a while since I won this parallel race so I´m defenately
aiming on a win even if I know it will be tough!
During the weekend they are having a big party up in Ramundberget called After Ski 1000 and my dear friends in the Oh so famous cover band "Två Backar Läsk", you know who they are, are there. Maybe I´ll join one day...
I hope there will be a lot of people! Would be nice with some sun aswell because on Saturday they´re playing outside.
So to quote mr Neil Young himself: "no rain, no rain, no rain"...!

I´m Mr Lindvallen 2010 26/4
The weekend up in Sälen was good and I managed to reconquer the title "Mr
Lindvallen" after a good 2nd run. It´s been a busy week but a lot of fun.
Now I´m looking forward to the last competition of the season up in
Funäsdalen.
While I´m up there I´ll make a visit to After Ski 1000 in Ramundberget and
play some songs with my friends in "Två Backar Läsk". Make sure you´ll come
and watch!!

I´ve been up in Björkliden this weekend for the Swedish Champs. On Saturday
in the GS I did a misstake in the 2nd run and i ended up 41st. Our club,
Bergsjö Hassela Alpina, managed to take a team bronze medal though, with
Calle Lindh, Fredrik Söderberg and Me.
I won the SL before Axel Bäck and Oscar Andersson. Calle Lindh made a good
race and ended up 4th just 17 hundreds behind Oscar. We took gold in the
team event with the same guys and are very happy about that, because it´s
the first time ever.
I´m on my way to Björnrike for some races and tests and then I´ll go to
Sälen for another race and some sponsor assignments in the end of the week.
A little update 1/4
Hi again!
I finished the SL season with another podium in Garmisch and I´m happy
with my performance and looking forward to next season. Ended up 13th
in the cup and 11th on the start list, which is ok, but I felt I could
have done more, too many DNF. I´m getting there though and this season
is a big step forward compared to last, with 2 podiums and 1 Olympic
Medal,
It´s been some crazy weeks after the finals, things to do and places to go.
Did some testing in garmish right after the finals before I went to Sweden.
Been at Åres and Verbiers Carlsberg High Five event, which was a lot
fun. The last day in Verbier we got some awesome powder skiing and as
a alpine racer that´s not happening every day!
I´ve been in Stockholm for some assignments and when I was at it I
somehow ended up at the release party of the new Björn Borg Concept
Store in Stockholm. To make a long story short take a look at this two

Now I will enjoy easter with my family and then go back home to Monaco
and move to a new flat and I hope I will be able to find some time for
relaxing aswell. Feels like I need that now.
We have nationals coming up in the middle of april up far north in
Bjökliden and I will do the GS and SL, no speed for me this year.

Today I'm racing in Garmisch!
If you're Swedish you might have heard that me and the band "två backar läsk" (TBL) released a single called "kommer hem med metall" before the olympics on the record lable "Renskalla Records". Now we've done a english version and a new video. And it's called "the ride".
Yesterday we did another session in Schladming. Was very icy and a
good test for the new skis. Today it´s rest and me and Mattias will
check the mens SG before we go over to Garmisch. Will be fun to race
again, I´m very excited and I hope it´s going to be a good race.
I think we´re having a pressconference tonight but I´m not sure..
