Had some problems in the 2nd run in the lower part of the course, but
managed to finish and I´m pretty happy with my 9th place. I did some
points and will start in the top 15 at the olympics, witch is good!
Today I´ll remove my stitches from my lip, doesn´t hurt that much any
longer and it will be nice to take them away.
This week it will be a lot of physical training both Strenght and
Cardio. But I´ll also take the oppurtunity to rest and regenerate my
body and mind after this tough january.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, if you are in Hudiksvall, go to Team Sportia and
buy a CD with the song "Kommer hem med Metall" with me and TBL, I´ll
be there signing CDs between 16.00 and 18.00!!!
Nr 15, Again... 30/1
No hill skiing today, too much snow over night. They say it's going to
snow tonight aswell but the hill is in great shape so it shouldn't be
a problem.
Nr 15 tomorrow, I have a good feeling!!!
Coaches meeting, planing for the future 29/1
I have arrived in Kranjska Gora. It's just a 1,5 hour drive so it was
ok. Just came back from a restaurant with the boys, we had some pizza,
was good!!
At the hotel our coaches where planing for the future, somehow they
allways do it with a beer, I think it makes them think better... ;)
Tomorrow it's hill skiing and bib draw, still in the top 15 so that's
good! Now it's time for bed, my roomie Matts got hold of some new
episodes of 2,5 men that I need to check out.
SL training in Reiter Alm 28/1
After one day of resting I tried to do some SL today, went well and
felt good. My lip is better but still painful, hard to eat, takes a
lot of time...but it could be worse I guess.
Tomorrow we´ll do one more SL session and then we drive to Kranjska
Gora. It´s snowing a lot here in Reiter Alm so we´ll see how it will
be in the slope, probably a little soft.
Our coaches in Kranjska says it´s not that hard, just compact but not
icy. Seems to be my kind of snow, sounds good! :)
6 stitches and a DNF 27/1
Bad luck continues...I had zero grip in yesterdays race and in the
tight course in the 2nd run, I had a really hard time to get something
going. I managed to get a gate in my face so I had to go to the
hospital to make a few stitches. All in all a bad evening even if the
first run was ok.
I´ve decided to stay here in Reiter Alm for some training instead of
going to Kranjska and the GS race on Friday.
Out in KItz in 2nd run 25/1
After an ok first run I was 4th in yesterdays race in Kitzbuhel. Felt
good from the start in the 2nd but unfortunately I straddled a gate in
the first steep section. Even if it´s boring to go out I feel that I
ski good and last weekends podium in Wengen wasn´t a coincidence. I´m
in good shape!
Tomorrow it´s time for Schladmings night race again, I´m really
looking forward to it. Tonight we´re doing a hill skiing and directly
after that we have the bib draw, the famous Schladming bib draw...
Anyway anyhow, I´m in a good mood and if you have missed the song you

You might have seen the video from "Gatufesten" in Sundsvall from this
summer, when we played two songs together. Check it out on the left if
you havn´t seen it!
We decided that we wanted to take it to another level and to record a
song. So we contacted Erik Mossnelid on Renskalla Records,
(renskallarecords.com) and he made, recorded, produced this song
called "Kommer hem med Metall" for us.
It´s a song full of energy and howling guitars, pretty much what
skiing is all about: ENERGY!!
