I was doing better today in Lienz. Still very hard and icy but I think
I've got it a little better under control.
My cold is a little better but I'm getting very tierd after some runs.
Tomorrow we'll go to Zagreb by car, it's a like 4-5 hours drive. Me
and Matte needs to be there for the bib draw at 18.30.
Rough day in Lienz 3/1
The good thing is that I could ski a coule of runs today, the bad
thing is that I didn´t do it like I use to and I had a terrible
feeling. Maybee it´s because all that X.mas food ;)
I think tomorrow will be better, need to get a little warmed up! I´m
still struggeling with my cold but it feel better and I hope that I
can make some runs tomorrow as well.
We are staying at the Dolomiten Golf course here in Lienz, where I use
to play when we are in Mölltal in the autumn for training. It´s almost
no snow down here in the valley so you can see the course with all
greens and bunkers. Makes me long a little after a nice golfday... :)
A new Year with new possibilities 2/1 (2010!!)
2010 is here. A year with new oportunities and hopfully a lot of laughters.
I´ve had a very nice break with a lot of good food with friends and
family. Santa came with some christmas presents and new years eve I
spent with my girl.
Yesterday I left for Europe again, this time Lienz, Austria. I´m a
little sick so I cancelled todays training and stayed at the hotel,
guys says it´s ok up at the hill and tomorrow I´ll try do do some
gates if I´m able to.
My knee is fine at the moment. I´ve been taking it easy during
christmas and I didn´t go for our normal christmas camp in Trysil.
Been doing rehab instead, a lot of exentric workout at the gym. So now
I hope it will be fine tomorrow.

Nr 10 Tomorrow in the SL 20/12
Knee feels a little better, I think it was a good call to skip todays
race. Tomorrow I have nr 10 and I´m looking forward to the second SL
race of the season!!!
No GS start 20/12
Due to some problems with my left knee, I´ll skip todays GS race. I´ll
try to save the knee today and focus on tomorrows SL. I don´t know
what happend with the knee but I hope it shouldn´t be a problem for
tomorrows race. I´ll do some rehab now and see if it´s getting any
better.
Hill in Great shape 19/12
Like always Alta Badia delivers when it comes to the condition of the
slope. Very nice and I think I´ll have a good chance tomorrow with my
nr, 48. Felt good today at the hill skiing, so much fun to ski when
the hill is prepared like this...awesome!
I have a good feeling for tomorrow, I do have my best GS result in
this slope...I´ll focus on my skiing and try to get to the finish as
fast as possible and then we see in the end if I´ll make it.
Now I´ll go and play some guitar and then go to bed!
